Dani Frappiea, e-Pro Dani was born and raised in New England...she attended Champlain College and  received her BA in Fashion Market and Merchandising...after college she moved to Arizona and started a career as a  window display merchandiser for Gap Kids...after several years in this field she took those marketing and design skills and got her real estate license in 2001 where she has helped many clients in finding the worst home in the beset neighborhoods or investors in finding house to remodel .... She has very excited to have recently join the team Picarello and looks forward to offering another level of service to Karen's Team

Kelie Bemisdarfer, Customer Care Specialist, Office Manager          Kelie has been a full-time member of Team Picarello since 2005. She attended Scottsdale Community College, studying Business Communications. She had the opportunity to perfect her customer service and client care skills while working at Caremark in Scottsdale.  Kelie has the ability to provide Team Picarellos clients with timely and accurate market information, adding incredible value to Team Picarellos everyday operations.

Sue Conner, IT Specialist, Realtor, Office Manager Sue has worked as a real-estate agent, and was looking for a position related to real estate. Sue brings valued experience, is a great technical assistant, deals with customer service, and is our resident computer consultant and bookkeeper-definitely an asset to Karen´s team.
